Britannia Acoustic and Fire Ltd were contracted to carry out the full passive fire protection package to these prestige apartment blocks. This included supply and install of all fire protection systems to risers, apartments, car park and pant rooms, providing a minimum of 1 hour resistance in accordance with the fire strategy plan.

Summary
Britannia Acoustic and Fire Ltd worked closely with the client to ensure that the vital fire protection works were completed efficiently and followed all the correct guidelines. This helped bring the project to a finish so we could pass over to the relevant building control and fire brigade to ensure all works were up to standard to get project sign off. Using our electronic system we were able to provide the client with information, location and photos of each section of the works (in real time) so they were able to monitor and see for themselves the progress and achievements made to ensure works were being completed accordingly.
